Your long term goal should look at DUPLICATION first and foremost.
You should also be making short-term goals that snowball into larger long-term goals. Ex. Your first major step will be to bring in 5 committed PSAs and teach them how to be successful at SFI and pass that knowledge to their 5 committed PSAs. This is the heart of duplication. Your short term goal could be to get 10 PSAs a month or 1 committed PSA a month. The mid-term goal may be to get your 5 committed PSAs in the first 6 months. Your long-term goal may be to get 10-15 committed PSAs in the first year. You can keep increasing the difficulty of your goal while you build a larger and stronger team.
From there you can move to financial goals, such as 100$/month to 1000$/month to 10,000$/month.
In summary:
Step 1: 10 PSAs per month
Step 2: 5 committed PSAs over 6 months. Teach Duplication!!!
Step 3: 10-15 committed PSAs in the first year.
Step 4: Now that you have 15 committed PSAs duplicating their success, focus on financial goals.
