Long range goals should be set according to the needs of each SFI business owner. Everyone's 'why' is different. Some people join SFI because they want to get out of debt and others want to earn money to improve their lifestyle. Accordingly one must make goals accordingly. If it is your goal to get wealthy with SFI, then you should know up front that you will have to invest a considerable amount of time and money into SFI. Many affiliates have been in from the beginning . . . that's going on 16 years!
I asked one leader why he stayed and he said that he is creating an income stream that will help him in retirement. So his goals and actions have to be congruent with his 'why'. So the question you need to ask yourself, is why have you joined SFI and what is it that you hope to gain and when. Then set your short and long range goals based on your answer.
I happen to think that we all come to SFI to make money so why not set financial benchmarks for your business and verify that you are on track to make those goals. If not adjust accordingly and keep working toward your goals.
