While I am sure you can set up -some- things on autopilot - I do really do NOT advise it.
It needs to be "you" personally who will log in and work all your red tabs and complete your daily, weekly ,monthly tasks.
It is NOT going to be possible to put that on autopilot.
If you put your correspondence on autopilot, then you will not get to know your team members nor will you be able to
provide individual guidance they will need. This will NOT be possible on autopilot.
The only things that I believe would be good to put on autopilot would be external advertising. That would be something
you could save effort on by setting up a system on autopilot.
You could also prepare some things ahead of time: like your welcome message, please don't go message, and some other messages. Then, copy and paste theses messages AND personalize them before sending.
I prefer to use the SFI website to email or send ecards because I think it is too inaccurate to use off-site mailing lists. I like to keep things clean, accurate, and personal.
Keep your SFI as "a hands on" kind of work. You will be able to give the best kind of service this way!!
