When a new PSA arrives, it's best to extend a personal welcome with a greeting letter or welcoming E-card to introduce yourself, and let them know they have arrived at a good place of business, and that you are there to offer your free services as their sponsor to assist them with any needs they may have.
Also, it is good to follow up with a few more contacts during the first week to share more details about the SFI program and to guide them around the Affiliate Center so they do not get lost or confused. You take them by the hand the first week, or weeks, till they build enough confidence to start walking through the program on their own.
Then continue to send out your weekly News Letters in the group mailings to provide new and fresh content about the program and to share more tips and ideas with your new PSAs and your existing downline.
Personal welcoming letters are more specific and person to person communication, and group mailings are more general and addresses a wider audience.
