First, understand that motivation doesn't grow on trees. You're either willing or unwilling to be motivated. I learned this in my former years in the Marine Corps. You can explain SFI to a thousand people, each will have a different reason for either accepting or rejecting the opportunity. Motivation begins and ends from within a person. Know your friends (even family). Are they individuals desiring to change their present position in life, or are they individuals who are satisfied and disinterested in what you are offering to them? Usually, within the first couple of minutes these questions will be answered! Remember, it serves you not to waste time trying to motivate those unwilling to be motivated.
