Thank you for your question as in reading the answers I have been forced to actually sit down and look at what my greatest challenge is.
My challenge is actually gaining a team.
I have serious difficulty in getting out of the house due to having a phobia concerning PEOPLE (they literally terrify me) and as such I do not have any active downtime at the moment, but that is NOT going to stop me as this business can work for all, I just need to find another means.
