As a new Team Leader, my most important, and probably the only job I should be doing is to help my team understand what the business of SFI and TripleClicks is really about.
First, I would make it very clear that this business is not about making money alone. In fact, it is all about making new friends, learning new skills that are very useful in the ordinary life we lead.
Second, I would like to seek all the questions that my team members have about this business and try to answer them in the most simple and effective way possible with the help of SFI Help/Support and my Upline Team Leaders.
Last but not the least, I would prefer to attend to my team members' needs and concerns first, clarify them to their fullest satisfaction leaving no doubts remaining in their minds and help them sail along the winners' way with me in tow.
