To be a good team leader then lead. You should set the example. You should always be willing to answer questions as they come up and if you do not know the answer then let them know and let them know that you will do all you can to find help for them.
Always lead by your example and be willing share with them. Most all questions that come up can be found within SFI and TripleClicks.
Also be willing to show them how to find information that they can use in turn to help their team as time goes on.
You should not be demanding, this could only chase them away.
