The simple answer is: DUPLICATION.
The complex answer involves how you became a BTL+ as there are several ways to get to that level of Team Leadership.
Way #1 is to gain the sales VP and the action VP via tripleclicks and buying stuff with no EA2s in your Genealogy. Becoming BTL+ in this manner is a hollow victory, though it does get you a share of second home CSAs and EA2 CSAs can generate decent amounts of commissions and VP, but you get no second or greater VP matching from CSAs. Without any EA2 on your first level, there is no VP being generated by second, or greater, generation PSAs and you are not getting commissions from first generation EA2s to help defray your costs. Better to take the money that is getting you to something beyond EA2, and use it to get PSA in hopes of developing multiple EA2s.
Way #2 is to qualify as an EA on your own with a Standing Order, then get the additional VP from matching points and support points of the EA2 that you have developed. In this case, your goal is to get at least 5 EA2 on your first level, then help those EA2 get 5 EA2 of their own on their first, and your second level. Then help those second level EA2 get EA2 of their own on their first, and on your third level and so on until you are working many levels down. At this point, the VP matching that comes with being a BTL+ will be giving you quite a lot of VP and the support VP will be propelling you to a Team leader higher than Bronze.
Way #2 requires you to learn how to motivate and support people below you in your organization and is infinitely harder than just purchasing VP or PSA for your first level.
Rise to the challenge and develop those EA2 in your first level! Then help them do the same. Duplication is the "single most important thing" that you should be doing "as a new Team Leader."
