As a new Team Leader first of all will be better to follow your sponsor,co sponzor and upline, to contact them through a2a message or teammail get their opinions about what is better to do
after all opinions you got than chose the best and the most powerfull one which is to Guide your downline TO DO exact the same you did when you was affiliate,executive affiliate , executiveaffiliate2 and when you became Team Leader
Show them oportunities os SFI STEP BY STEP and let them do the same for themselves
so they can be Team Leader and more powerfull on SFI
