Well my thought on what could be the single most important thing or things that one should be doing as a new team leader will be as follow :

constantly be there , Touch base and build up rapport to monitor and motivate and encourage your MOvers to offer help and incentives to achieve their requisite goals whenever possible to those who are sincere and hungry whilst not neglecting the dormant Giants as well as maximize on all available resources to help your downline duplicate and start a COOP if necessary
