I think that to be a team leader is a very responsible position. Status leaders can reach easily in the first or second month, but it is difficult to sustain without money if you do not have a good, high-quality, active, strong and capable team. I don't see the point of this kind of leadership, except to satisfy our vanity that beside our names written BTL, STL, GTL or PTL.
So, be a team leader without a team is only status without coverage. For this reason, for every leader should be the first place his team and happy individuals in the team. With personal example we can give the team reasons, the will and desire to succeed. And the first thing we can and must do for ourselves and for the team is to show we were serious, that we believe in ourselves, that we have the necessary strength and wisdom of one leader and that we have a vision.
