Communicate, Communicate, Communicate! (But not too much...)
It is most important that you keep in close contact with your team, without overwhelming them with information. One email every other day is the maximum I set - unless there is a pressing concern. SFI has set up a system that rewards you for weekly communication - use it!
Do a team letter every week. You never know when an inactive member will decide to take a closer look. Your continued care for them may light that spark.
Stream every other day or so. Encourage the team, congratulate accomplishments, promote advertising, accentuate selling/recruiting points that work for you.
Keep your Leadership Page up to date. (This is vital, because you can lose your status if you don't!) Keep an eye on your Home Page header. If you see a little red dot next to your picture, it's time to update!
Contact your Movers personally if you see a change in their performance.
Welcome every new person! You can write a welcome letter that will automatically greet them as soon as they sign up. However, your business will be in a state of constant change, so write a followup with any additional information your new Team Member may need.
Most of all, keep learning, growing, and striving to build your business! Your team will do what you do, so do something every day - big or small - to grow your business. Be a LEADER. That's the real key.
