Firstly you have to make an effort to learn as much as possible about the job in the SFI .We must lead by example!We need to help them and their every question searching for answer .If I something does not know answer ,I look for answers in the forum, Ask SC and finally ask someone from Upline .Always make an effort to respond to their demands .
Offer them links to where they can find what they are seeking .I know from the personal example of how difficult when you do not have answers to many questions ,because my sponsor gave up already in the second month of my Placement in SFI .That's why I'm trying to find an answer to each PSA to his dilemma !
