For starters it´s nice to send a welcome message to your PSAs. In that message you can say: "Hi,welcome to my team. I'm glad you decided to get into this business and I hope that together we will make it to the top." In this message he/she can see that he/she is welcome and that you are ready to work with him/her.
Later,you can send to your members "what to do in the first 24 hours". Be constantly in touch with your members,encourage them to work, let them know that they can and will succeed, etc.
