It is good question: This is the best way on how to make good message using for greeting your new PSA's:

Dear First Name,

My name is YOUR NAME and I am an Executive Affiliate or etc.

I just received a notification that you're now an SFI affiliate! I received this notification because you will be on my marketing team, and I will be your sponsor in SFI.

A good message for any PSA is a warm greeting. You want to build rapport with your PSAs first. If you come on strong as business professional your PSAs will not listen to you. Offer your assistance and tell a little about yourself. Primarily, take interest in your PSA. Learn about them. Find out what their ambitions are and connect with them on that level.

Always remember how you felt when you first joined - LOST! You don't need a million things to do. You just really want to

To many new affiliates the initial information can be overwhelming.
Your best effort to build a relationship with your new PSAs is to start
communicating, as soon as possible.
I recommend keeping your message short and to the point.
The new ECards are great for this and immediate contact.
A brief welcome note and maybe a reminder of the 24 hour bonus period.

I send:
"Welcome to my Team! You have joined a great opportunity.
Not sure where to start,

When you are sending a message to greet your new PSAs, it is very important to keep it clear, simple and understandable. Here is a guideline that I have used when sending new PSAs the first time:

- Congratulate them for joining your team, choose expressions like “I’m so pleased and excited for joining my team” in other words make them feel welcome.

- Introduce yourself. Their first impression from you as you introduce yourself will have an impact in establishing relationship

A good message you can use to greet your new PSAs would be to put yourself in their place.

Would you be more inclined to read on and take action if welcome letters are short, sweet and friendly with a promise of more interesting information to come ?

My message to my New PSAs would have just enough important details about SFI to keep his interest and curiosity, as per below:

“Dear xxxx

Welcome to SFI and to my Marketing Team! I’m delighted to have

First of all, there is no 'pat' answer to this question. As a Current/Future Team Leader, you have only three jobs to do:

1.Motivate
2.Inspire
3.Excite

On that basis, create your message as if you were writing it to yourself. You don't like boring, pat letters, right?

Let him/her know that you are happy they have joined SFI, and especially that they're a part of your team!

Next, let them know that you are available. This will help you more than

My thought on what will probably make a good greeting will be based on it being simple sweet and to the point no information overload :

SFI is not a get rich overnight scheme but it is indeed a real Global business and as such it requires consistent daily effort and commitment therefore We must learn to Treat and value it as our Business and treat it like A Business .

Welcome them and remind them to get fast track 500 VPs within 24 hours of joining to get additional

The first message is all about motivation while keeping it simple. This is the first time your new team members hear from you as their sponsor, so don’t overwhelm them.

In my welcome message I introduce myself and congratulate my new team member on joining SFI - the best affiliate program on the market. I encourage him/her to earn the Fast Track badge by explaining how to get the VPs and the benefits of earning that badge.

It is important to make them understand that you
