When you are sending a message to greet your new PSAs, it is very important to keep it clear, simple and understandable. Here is a guideline that I have used when sending new PSAs the first time:
- Congratulate them for joining your team, choose expressions like “I’m so pleased and excited for joining my team” in other words make them feel welcome.
- Introduce yourself. Their first impression from you as you introduce yourself will have an impact in establishing relationship with them. Emphasize to them that your first priority is their success that you are always there to guide and support them. Include your SFI Leadership Page so they can see what’s in store for your whole team.
- Mention briefly how to get started in their first day by telling them to become a Fast-Track member by simply earning at least 500 VP so that they will receive a bonus of 200 VP and a Fast-Track member badge with a spot on the Fast-Track ‘wall of fame”. This will motivate and help them enormously in moving up to EA.
- A very important core of your message should be the emphasis of SFI BASICS. It is very important that they should focus on this in their first month in order to understand the SFI business concept. This is where they lay their foundation in exploring their full potential as SFI affiliate. That is why you should strongly recommend to them that they should stay on this page only and not move on to other parts of SFI until they fully understand these basics and don’t forget to mention to them that you are always there for support.
- At the end of your message, express how you value very much their decision for joining SFI and that you’re looking forward to work with them.
With these guidelines, you can do your own message by customizing it and make your new affiliates very much welcome as though they belong to your team.
