Elements:
1. A warm and genuine welcome on behalf of SFI and most importantly thank them for being part of your TEAM.
2. Introduction –Your Name/Rank/ and Time in SFI.
3. Your role as Sponsor- To help and assist your PSA-Stress this
4. Brief note on SFI- What they are getting into/Legitimate and reliable business etc.
5. What to focus on as new Affiliates-SFI/Start/Basics.
6. Qualities needed to be a good and successful Affiliate- Commitment etc.
7. Give them the reassurance not to be afraid to ask questions

My name is XXXXXXXX and I am your Sponsor. I am an Executive Affiliate for 6 months now with SFI. My role as your Sponsor is to assist you in developing your SFI business. This means I am here to answer questions you may have about SFI, SFI business model and pointers you may need to move ahead.
I am glad you choose the SFI business opportunity. SFI is a reliable and legitimate business having being around for 16 years. Please note that SFI is not a “Get Rich Quick Scheme”.
As a new Affiliate you need to focus and I suggest that for beginners you look at the following:
