Then you should give couple of sentences to explain what this business is all about and give your facebook profile or twitter or whatever that you use in case they want to contact you outside the SFI.
Then explain your PSA first steps and getting started actions. You should mention Fast Track and explain what that is and tell him/her how important is to get that badge and points that go with it.
Daily, weekly and monthly actions are the must, tell about Launchpad and anything else that comes to your mind that could help them.
Give them some youtube tutorials if you know or have any and encourage them to be persistent and patient (that is really important in the beginning).
Offer them your help at any time and for anything they might need it for. Wish them successful start and that is basically it. Then you should check up on them in a week and check on their progress.
