Remembering back when I became part of SFI, you receive a welcome message from SFI Admin with information how to proceed... once you get into the SFI website it seemed kind of overwhelming with all the tabs, I was a little disoriented where to go, asked myself what was the most important thing to learn and then BANG got hit with Tripleclicks..more information... so with all this I believe that the the first message a sponsor should send out is a truly honest short email introducing as his/her sponsor and expressing his will to help along the way, that you are not alone, all your contact information and to please be in touch with any question, and that the next day you will send an email with a list of the most relevant things to learn in the beginning. (have a template with the steps and relevant information a newbie should focus on). My humble opinion.
