When you greet your new PSAs you want to make them feel welcome, assure them of your help and support and assure them of what a great business they have joined and the wonderful opportunity that awaits them.
To make them feel welcome tell them who you are, that you are their sponsor and welcome them to your team. Tell them that you would love to get to know them and welcome any correspondence from them assuring them of your reply.
Offer them your help:
Guide them to what they need to do to achieve the fast start bonus,
tell them that you will maintain contact every day for the next few days or however long they need to help, guide and encourage them as they learn about their new business. If you have a website or blog offering any training, tell them how to gain access to that.
Tell them they have joined a great business opportunity that can change their lives. Tell them there are several ways they can earn money which they will learn about over the course of the first month. Tell them that not only have they a great business ahead of them, but they will make lots of new friends from around the world and have fun as well.
Encourage them to get started right away on earning the Fast Start bonus and that you will help unfold the business to them in more detail over the coming days.
Try not to make it too long, and sound too complicated. You don't want to overwhelm them and turn them off and you also want them to have enough time to get started on the fast start bonus actions as soon as possible.
