Your message should be YOUR message and it should say:
That you are very happy to have him/her on your team, ~firstname~
That they have made a great decision because we are expanding rapidly.
That you are always available to answer questions.
That they must do their basic tasks DAILY.
That they need a clear, color picture of their smiling face.
That they must sponsor as many as possible in order to build a large downline.
Before you sign off, Thank them AGAIN for being on YOUR team.
And ask them to send you an email indicating that they have received your email.
Always sign off with your first and last name, your rank, the link to your leadership page, and your email address.
Keep it as short as you can and still include the above items as a minimum.
Avoid long winded exhortations, explanations, and puffed up "facts" which may not be 100% true.
