It's not enough to just say "yes the playing field in SFI is fair to everybody whether you are new or veteran". One has to understand few things as the bases for that statement.
1. Fair in Information - There are no hidden information in SFI. All of them are written and open for everybody. All of us has access to this information. You are only in the disadvantage position if you don't read and study them.
2. Fair in sources of PSA - We have our own unique primary sources of possible PSA's, our own circle of relationships. We also have the same sources of possible PSA from the internet. We are only in the disadvantage if we don't work hard and smart.
3. Fair in Selling product - We have our own unique products that we can sell at TripleClicks. But at the same time all of us can sell all the products that we see in TripleClicks. The only disadvantage we have is when we don't sell any product.
4. Fair in our share of the company wide income - our share is based on the VP we earn, and all of us has a fair way of earning unlimited VP. The number of possible VP that we can earn is not fixed that only those who come first can get more. And fair in sharing because our share is pro-rated.
5. Most of all Fair Team of Administrators lead by Gery - One of the treasured value here at SFI is fairness. you can see it running through the different parts of the program.
Good example of this is on the bidding at Pricebender, you can see items out for bid where only first timer can bid, you can also see items for junior bidders (1-9 times winners) and you can see items which are for big guns bidders.
Rest assured that when admin see some unfairness they will act on it without delay. I can cite more example, like the case of earning VP from the review of ebooks before, the case of ask SC where the first to answer usually win.
One of my latest experience of fairness is when my commission was stolen by hacker. SFI was able to bring it back to me the next month, because that was rightly belong to me.
The admin all act on it all out in the name of fairness.
