There are so many free platforms for website development, or the number is not known (Wix, Webs, and so on). Use it in the best possible way. Of course, you can always pay someone who will create a website accordance with your instructions. Yes, it will be more professional. But remember that no one will do it better than you do, when everything is taken into account.
Therefore, the most valuable thing that arises from the use of your personal site, the gaining and maintenance of your particular style of work you do.
