This is a very good question. From my point of view, the major reason SFI gives out personal websites for affiliates is to enable them increase awareness to the world. SFI want affiliates through their personal website to create more banners, sponsor more affiliates, advertise amazing products on TripleClicks and encourage manufactures to be ECAs so they can sell their products on TripleClicks.
