They had affiliates changing emails, passwords, and posted progress reports daily for several days.
When people could not log in for some time, they also covered missed logins so VP streaks would not be lost.
SFI went way above and beyond to protect their affiliates, and not let them suffer harm as much as possible.
That reassured me a great deal, reinforced my opinion that SFI really IS the best company in the world to work with!!
