Like many things in life it is trial and error.
Make sure that you have read all the guidelines on SFI.
There are some good free places to advertise they do take longer to set up as you have to do certain tasks and the results can be a bit slowly.
If you do have money to use I suggest using a few at first to see what is working and if what your getting is worth it, if not try another. Remember to use keycodes to track what is coming from where.
I use a notebook to keep track of my keycodes and link and where i advertised. Then each Saturday i check the hit tracker and write down my results so is clear to see what works and doesnt.
Im sure there are many other ways but this works for me for now.
