I think everyone has answered the first part the same way, you need a good picture so your affiliates and customers have a human face to work with. What makes a good photo? Well, your photo is excellent. Your face can be seen clearly, you look pleasant and attentive. I can almost hear you asking, "How may I help you?" I was a little surprised to see a black and white photo, but it is very sharp and clear and I think it was a good choice. There are some photos that are so out of focus they barely look human, which makes me feel the person won't look me in the eye. Others are obvious "playing" and that makes me feel like the person isn't taking me as a customer seriously. How would you want a person to look if you walked up to their desk to do business with them? Friendly, focused, competent. When you get all that in a picture, you've got a perfect picture.
