This is something I ma quite passionate about, as I think a lot of EA's and Team Leaders are put off building their teams due to not knowing how to market or where to even start. The beauty of it all though, is that there are several places you can advertise that are 100% FREE, I use them every single day and have quite reasonable results with them. So what are these mediums I use? Firstly, the social platforms are by far your biggest asset, I am talking Facebook and Twitter, both are free to set up and while they take a while to gain momentum they do work. I have my own SFI-based Facebook Page which is slowly picking up tempo, but I also have a list of 30 Tweets that I send out every day on Twitter, advertising all my SFI Gateways, my SFI Facebook Page, competitions I am running, about my SFI-based personal web site, etc, etc. This is one of the ways I receive new PSA's, and all it costs me is a little time each day, which in my opinion is well worth the effort.
There are also hundreds of free advertising Mailers available, just Google them. These work in various ways, some promote your ads in response to you waqtching other member ads, some simply blast your ads to thousands of others just for reading daily emails, there are many different options available, you just need to decide which will work best for you.
But the best value for money, in my opinion, if you want to pay for an advertising campaign, are the SFI Co-Ops, either the S-Builder Co-Ops (which I use to extremely good effect) of even set up your own. These work, and they are quite often quality sign-ups you receive, as the marketing is targetted at affiliate marketers, the people who take up the offer are generally actually looking for this type of system, so are already motivated.
Obviously it is a matter of choice, depending on your time and financial circumstances, but I use all of the above, and they are all effective in one way or another.
