As other affiliates, and SFI task of putting up a photo explained, the idea behind having a photo in the first place is to show you are a real person.
Some people chose family photos, some wear suits, others have a photo next to a car with a Wave 3 banner... you must have seen many different pictures in your A2A tab.
What do you prefer? What is a good photo in your opinion? I have noticed that people in our team who decide to stick with us are much like us, in many ways. So, if I look young and energetic in my photo, I will attract that kind of people - they will feel they can have a leader in me. Remember Duplication, finding at least 5 affiliates to do what you are doing? I think it starts with a photo they see when they log in for the first time. Especially if they were recruited online or they don't know you well.
To my mind, a good photo represents who I am, how I feel about business and life, and lets people imagine what working with me would be like.
By the way, you look approachable and knowledgeable,and that's the key.
