First re-read all of the information in the training about advertising and marketing. Read and look at all the marketing aids that SFI has already made available to us. Read and understand, ask questions, know how to assign and use key codes and how to keep track of them. Know this information well but don't use lack of understanding as an excuse to not begin setting your plan down on paper.
Second set your goals for your campaign. How extensive do you want to go? Unpaid, paid, online, offline? One of these or all? Who is your target? Experienced marketers, new entrepreneurs, home-bound moms, college students, retired? What economic level? Professional, laborers, disabled?
Find ad sites and select ads that target your chosen prospects. Write your own ads and submit them to SFI If you are BTL or above.
Contact your chosen ad sites, understand their terms and conditions, insert your ad, using key code and Gateway Hosting, or your private Domain Name. Don't forget the banners. Record all important information about the ad in a log book or on a spread sheet. Keep daily or weekly track of each ad. Modify the ones that need it and be sure to update the ones that are expiring.
Maybe the most important of an ad campaign has not been mentioned in any of the answers that I have read. That is the follow up is more important than the ad. The ad brings people into your grasp, but it does not always hook your prospect. Remember that many people will bite and sign up, but most do not even earn one vp. These are the people you have contact information about and who are interested in making money.
It's now up to you to use that information and welcome them to SFI and then introduce them to all the wonderful things SFI has for them before and after they become successful. Don't just stop there. If they haven't started earning vp, you haven't told them what they want to hear, and haven't earned their trust.
