For me an offline marketing strategies can be as effective as the online marketing because it is more personalize. You can tutor them on how to get started. You can guide them how confirm registration and you can explain to them the to-do-list actions and launchpad lesson as well. Your PSA is closed to you or if not you have personal connection to one another. You can evaluate them whether he/she is really interested to the business you offer BUT its time consuming and quiet more expensive.
While in Online marketing strategies, you can send as many invitation as you want to, you can send E-cards through their email addresses, You can advertise either at free ad sites or in paid ad sites. As a result, you have more sign ups but they did not even confirm registration. You can make follow-up regularly through weekly mailer but there are possibilities that they were not able to read it.
Its better to do the combination of the offline and online marketing strategies because we can filter quality PSAs from quantity of sign ups
