Yes, it is a good idea to re-assign your affiliates to PSA's in their own countries.
Reasons being, that they understand the language, the culture, the norms, what is acceptable and what is not.
Each country, region, district has it's own characteristics, and who better to understand this than people from the same country.
You cannot not lose, as these people become your 2nd generation affiliates. They remain part of your Team. You are fostering an attitude of duplication in a sense. And in another way, the "paying it forward" concept.
In the worst case scenario, your affiliate will drop out, but your re-assigned affiliates will revert back to you.
What do you have to lose? I re-iterate, it is a good idea.
