Yes if you have other PSAs in the same country as him/her. The most important thing is to reassign to a downline member who speaks the same language as the person being reassigned. An example of this is that if you have an African PSA who speaks French but your other african team members live in the UK and speak only English then you will not be able to reassign to them but if you have a French Canadian PSA then you can reassign your french speaking african to the French Canadian ( because he/she speaks French).
If it is possible to reassign an affiliate so someone in the same country then it would be fabulous because that way they can meet in person and communicate much easier or even communicate on the phone, and guess what even if you reassign an PSA it will still be your affiliate but in the second generation instead of the first and you will make better matching VP because communication in your downline will be much easier when the same language is understood.
