It's a great idea. Communication is key to success and if you have someone in your team who can communicate better with them you not only help that person but you strengthen your team as well with in the end helps you tremendously.
It's important to be a team player in SFI. There might be some lone rangers that have massive amounts of money to pour into advertising and bring people in on a jet. But most of us don't have that luxury and so communicating with our team helps strengthen them and ourselves as well. Building a strong team also means building a Strong Future!
