Advantages of reassigning new PSAs to someone in your downline in their own country:
- Cultural background plays an important role in communication, eliminating language barriers.
- That someone in your downline, (EA, EA2, TL) will take off the burden of explaining the daily task to your PSAs that are being assigned. In short sharing your responsibilities.
- Build closer relationship. May be that someone in your downline is in a better position to understand the challenges that the PSAs are facing upon starting their ventures in SFI.
If you are willing to learn about other people- their ideas, interests, viewpoints-the better job you can do in serving them, in building a team, which is founded in trust and commitment. You’ll be in a better position to duplicate yourself.
