Absolutely! Especially if the primary language is different from yours, as communication is the key to team building. When you reward a PSA with a new team member, you not only give him/her the opportunity to build their team, but that person will still be part of your downline.
I often find that people sign in and start well, but then stop working all of a sudden. I fear it is a lack of understanding many times due to the language barrier, If your PSA can more effectively communicate with that person, they may turn out to be great!
Our job as team leaders is to help every Affiliate achieve their goals, but sometimes, due to language or even cultural differences, we are not the best person to fulfill this role. Someone from the same country may be just the right person to restart a stalled Affiliate and lead them to victory!
