Absolutely! Especially if the primary language is different from yours, as communication is the key to team building. When you reward a PSA with a new team member, you not only give him/her the opportunity to build their team, but that person will still be part of your downline.

I often find that people sign in and start well, but then stop working all of a sudden. I fear it is a lack of understanding many times due to the language barrier, If your PSA can more effectively communicate
