Hi Damien,
From your question let me guess the situation, either your sponsor/co-sponsor's are not helpful/co-operative or they are also new to the system as you are. Sponsor/co-sponsor's can be the best mentor's as they have the access to your profile information, point details, daily activities etc. But if you're not getting the required support from them don't worry, you can still do good in your SFI business. I've faced similar situation & I'll be explaining it below:
# I’d suggest you to visit the “SFI Forum” on regular basis.
The “SFI Forum” connects you with affiliates of all experience levels from around the world. You can join in-depth discussions of SFI products and programs, brainstorm and share tips and ideas, start new threads and polls, get your questions answered instantly 24/7, and more!
To get the most from this valuable resource, you'll want to take a few moments to familiarize yourself with the forum's basic functions and discussion board etiquette.

# You can also pick up the experienced/helpful affiliates from their and send separate a2a friend request to them. Anyone of them can act as your mentor.
# You can openly start a topic asking for help in the Forum. I'm sure lots of affiliates will be ready to help you as a mentor.
# You can ask your upline members for help, someone from there can help you as a mentor. Visit - https://www.sfimg.com/MyAccount/upline for details.
# One of the most valuable attributes of a2a is that it provides in LOCALIZED assistance. For example, by contacting other SFI affiliates in your area, you can learn about the best marketing methods and strategies for your region of the world.
Here's another great way to use a2a to get a local mentor in your area/country.
After applying all the above mentioned ideas, if you still require help don't worry there's still a lot of options left mentioned below:
# You can use our 24*7 continuous support system - https://www.sfimg.com/Support/ to get help about anything/anytime.
# You'll get a lot of help from the ASK SC section - https://www.sfimg.com/Home?tab=ask_sc. You can search for questions & read the variety of answers which helps tremendously.
# You can use the contact option - https://www.sfimg.com/Contact/ to get help.
# You can visit the Sitemap - https://www.sfimg.com/Reference/Sitemap to have a clear view/information about almost anything related to your SFI business.
All the above mentioned features can act as great tools and help you as a mentor as a whole if not individually. Trust me I've gone through the same situation and learned it the hard way using all these above mentioned options.
Finally I'd like to conclude by saying that due to the norms & conditions of ASK SC I'm unable to provide my contact information. Once the answers are published you can contact me, I'll try to help you in your SFI business as much as possible.
Best of luck!
