Lets answer the first part;
a) The ways to stay connected would depend on the availability of the team members. For example, for all the PSA and CSA who belong to your country you can easily connect with them over telephone and wireless systems, Wats Apps and other messenger services.
b) For the group of people who are at remote locations you can get connected with them through Skype, Chat software and internet by mails.
c) For others you can send in a Team mailer from SFI and also use the SFI Chat, this is a unique tool to get connected with your team members online without having to spend any penny while you are really earning teaching them.
Coming to your second part of the Question, it is based on the target group;
1. For newly recruited PSA's and CSA's you need to spend the maximum of the time and hand hold them so that they can become a team leader like you.
2. For PSA's and CSA's who are already 30 days old into the system, you needs to move them to the next level, by replicating the best practices you do and encouraging them to the theory of Duplication.
3. For PSA's and CSA's who are older in the system you just need to keep a watch on their daily log and support and guide them where they need.
So, We can say that, the BEST and how often to be connected with the PSA's and CSA's are all the time and their is no limitation or guidelines laid for staying in connected with them...
Remember its your business and the more you are connected with your people the more successful your people and in turn you would become in this MLM.
