The first point of contact with yours PSAs is your “welcome” letter. Similarly the first point of contact with your CSAs is when you send them an email or team mail to let them know that you have been assigned as their Co-Sponsor and your are there to support and assist them.

Post messages on your Stream Tab every three days. Brief messages of encouragement, success quotes and congratulatory messages to contest winners is best posted at Stream Tab.
PSA MAILER
The PSA mailer is sent out once a week. Providing tips on carrying out the SFI business to a new level is a good idea.
CSA MAILER
The CSA mailer is also used to sent out messages once a week. Ask the CSAs if they need your assistance.
GENEALOGY GROUP MAILER
The genealogy group mailer can be used to send newsletters to PSAs and CSAs once a week.

The SFIM chat is used when you receive the notification of a new PSA. Start a chat with them to introduce yourself as their sponsor and ask if you could help them to get started.

Encourage your affiliates to connect with SFI affiliates in their own countries. The locals will know better about the culture and marketing in their respective countries.
