Even though I have not yet completed one year as an SFI affiliate, I learned several valuable things that were a bit confusing to me at first but found great gratification upon my understanding some of the few things from SFI.
Some of the things I learned include:
1. Commission Value.
I learned that commission value is an amount derived from the difference between product wholesale cost and the price of the product. So 45% of the commission value is an amount an affiliate will receive as direct commission for any purchase made by the affiliate’s PSA and/or PRM members. Affiliates also receive 15% of the commission value from the purchases made by the affiliate’s CSA members.
2. TripleClicks Executive Pool.
I learned that 40% of the commission value of each purchase made from the TripleClicks store is put into the TriplecClicks executive pool. As SFI affiliates, we therefore receive shares from the TripleClicks executive pool based on the total number of versa points we accumulate each month.
3. Team Leadership Level.
I learned that there are several levels of team leadership. These include Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Bronze being the lowest and Platinum being the highest level. Qualification of each level depends on the affiliate’s monthly Versa Points.
4. Matching Versa Points.
Apart from the versa points an affiliate receives from performing various actions, the affiliate can also receive matching versa points via their PSA and CSA affiliates who have achieved the rank of EA2. I have learned that there are two requirements to qualify for matching versa points. One is the affiliate has to have a rank of a team leader and the other is the requirement to maintain both the SFI leadership page as well as a minimum sponsor rating. An affiliate may gain more or less matching versa points depending on his/her leadership level.
5. ECA program.
I learned that affiliates can benefit greatly from the TripleClicks’ ECA referral program. Some physical stores or companies don’t have a website or platform to sell their products. If an affiliate refers companies via his/her ECA gateway and convince them to join and place their products in the TripleClicks store, affiliates can earn 10% of commission value on all their ECA’s sales. Affiliates can also become ECAs and sell their own products.
These are some of the most valuable things I have learned from SFI.
