This is very unfortunate but true and happens to a lot of affiliates. We provide unconditional support to our downline but the most important thing is to know, is that support effective and relevant enough?
I must tell you that sponsoring is a very systematic and sensible method. The most important thing is to create a bonding with our active downline and have regular interaction. We have to provide timely and appropriate support and keep on monitoring their performance and providing the feedback as well.
Support is not like just forwarding regular newsletters, news updates, important features, methods, contests etc. We must be very much aware of our team and their individual(esp the movers) activities. We cannot wait for them to ask something and rather tell them in advance what's wrong and what's right.
We shouldn't have the feeling of doing any kind of favor to them(because we have our own profit in it as well) and that will help us to strengthen the relation. We should take the first step and be sensible, co-operating & innovative in our approach.
Having said all these things, its also necessary to get the reaction of the downline. If they don't react we'll be unable to find and sort out the problems they're facing. There will always be a major no. of affiliates joining SFI with the aim of earning some easy money and no matter how hard you try, you won't be able to impress them. So we need to carry on with our approach and take special care of the ones(active movers) who're ready to learn and apply the things.
