My best answer to your question is that you need to think about the kind of information and support that would help you and encourage you. Then include that information in your weekly Team Mail to your PSAs and CSAa. I think the weekly message to your affiliates is the best place to give support, tips and information.
I sometimes get letters from my upline that are very long with lots of detail. I'll confess I sometimes only scan them for ideas. I would suggest shorter Team Mail messages that focus on one or two specific things, be to the point and not too wordy. Then offer your help and encourage your team to contact you.
