Rating is a subjective matter like any other credit ratings and not everyone can be pleased. You provide all the necessary support and yet some affiliates rate you below par.
The support provided should not be curtailed just because you were rated poorly by your PSAs.
Continue to work with them providing the maximum support you can. As they progress they will appreciate your support and rate you favourably next time around.
Perhaps motivate them further with some of the available incentives to perform and they could payback in their ratings.
They will in turn be rated by their own PSAs and perhaps they will learn a lesson or two.
Communicate with them and ask them if you can provide any further assistance for them to advance.
It won’t take extra effort in continuing the support because after all it’s a group mailer and if need be continue with the individual support.
