I am lucky that I haven't had this problem of an unresponsive sponsor. I believe that a large majority of sponsors who are interested in making it big at SFI are not just responsive but are also very supportive of their downline.
Having said that, I think if any sponsor is non-responsive, it could be so because of the number of affiliates in the sponsor's downline being too large to handle on an individual basis, within the time available at the disposal of the sponsor.
There are many other sources of help for the affiliates:
(1) The Forum;
(2) Their a2a friends;
(3) Their co-sponsor or any of their rest of their upline:
(4) The SFI Basics;
(5) The Launchpad Lessons; and,
(6) The lessons given under the Internet Income ( i.e., basically the Training).
SFI gives SUPPORT, for any problems the affiliates have.
Affiliates do succeed without any help/response from their sponsor, although the sponsor's help goes a long way in the affiliates' success.
If the affiliates have the will to succeed, they will succeed with or without their sponsor coming into the picture.
I hope my answer helps.
