It's really so sad and disappointing whenever you are trying to reach out for your sponsor and yet, you will get no response from them. I actually experienced that situation wherein I really wanted to seek some advice with regards on how to perform better with SFI during my first two months. Sadly, my sponsor didn't had a chance to reply.

So as an affiliate experiencing this kind of situation, I would personally suggest to:
1. Read and study the SFI Basic, LaunchPad, and Forum. There

I've been with SFI for 10 months and I'm a successful affiliate. My badges are great. My team is great. My outlook is great.
But, I haven't had *any* constructive support from my sponsor or co-sponsor.

You don't have to have a pro-active, supportive sponsor to be successful in SFI, but good friends are worth their weight in gold!

When you need encouragement - talk with your a2a friends.
When you need to discuss something - use the Forum.
When you need clarification

If you have a non-responsive sponsor, then you should be all the more determined to succeed. Here are a few other ways you can get the needed support that you need:

1. SFI Forum - They is a ton of posts about most everything you will encounter in SFI already there for you to explore. Just login go to the forum and search by category or key terms. 99% of the time I promise some else has faced the same difficulty and received great feedback. The forum proves to be faster than support

Non-responsive Sponsor: I surmise majority of SFI affiliates can relate to this question.

I have a non-responsive sponsor. I have been an affiliate since 02/2013. At the start, I made a few attempts to contact my sponsor. When I received no responses, I stopped and looked elsewhere. I chose to move forward and build my business despite him. I figured I signed on to SFI for myself, not for my sponsor. Initially, it irked me he benefits from my efforts, when he never responded to

While good and exemplary leadership in any organization and business is a big plus please take heed that your success does not necessarily depend on your sponsor. I personally am a testimony to that. I felt like an orphan left alone but you know what? Challenge and controversy is very good. It helps you grow and over come obstacles.

HOW DID I OVERCOME IT

1. An Honest Rating of my sponsor
I put this as first because if your sponsor was deliberately ignoring your call for

First of all, I would say that we, as SFI affiliates, should always be supportive of upline and downline. Never be judgmental. You don't know what is going on with your sponsor at the moment. If your sponsor is ill or going through a family emergency, that could be a very good reason why there is no response. It would be good if a sponsor would at least write a couple lines to say that there is a challenge at that moment and that he/she will get back to you at some point. However, your sponsor

As a new affiliate, hearing from your sponsor or receiving mail and support is great!
The big picture painted shows that there are people who care and promote SFI.

For all my fellow affiliates who are interested and are eager to learn and proceed, they do have tall the learning and teaching materials at hand, such as
- SFI BASICS
- SFI RULES OF SUCCESS
- LAUNCHPAD LESSONS to get started with..

At one stage I was despondent, and needed guidance from my

Aloha,
First of all it's a pity if a sponsor is non-responsive! I have had a great experience with mine. Second is it just the immediate sponsor, co - sponsor or is it the whole up - line who is unresponsive?

But this business is your business so you have to work around the negative and make it positive for you.

1. If you have a co - sponsor reach out to that co - sponsor

2. You have an up - line which provides other's who can be great resources reach out

Unfortunately, having a sponsor who doesn’t response to downlines is a common occurrence in SFI community. We know that communication is a very important part in building a relationship within a team, so what can an affiliate do in this regard?

1. Log in to your homepage and participate in SFI Forum.
If you have questions, you can search for answers or simply post your queries. The majority of affiliates are ready to help. SFI Forum is a great resource for knowledge shared by experienced

Hello,

That's a good question.

Basically the role of the sponsor is to help his or her recruited Personally Sponsored Affiliates on his or her team. Their job is to see to it that their PSAs reach the maximum of their business 100% through. If the PSA doesn't have a responsive sponsor though, it's not considered a total loss. That should definitely motivate the PSA more to achieve success in this SFI business and not to get discouraged.

There are plenty of other ways
