Hello,
That's a good question.
Basically the role of the sponsor is to help his or her recruited Personally Sponsored Affiliates on his or her team. Their job is to see to it that their PSAs reach the maximum of their business 100% through. If the PSA doesn't have a responsive sponsor though, it's not considered a total loss. That should definitely motivate the PSA more to achieve success in this SFI business and not to get discouraged.
There are plenty of other ways for an affiliate to achieve success:
1. Look at the "SFI Basics" Tab to help you get started. This should always be the first place to get started in SFI.
2. Click the gray "Start" Tab to watch the video of how to get you started. The video shows the President of this SFI company explaining to you himself what to do in order to help get you started.
3. Click the green "Launchpad" Tab to also get you started too. You can never go wrong with this. There are 30 Lessons each equipped with 15 Versapoints at the end of them, but you don't have to learn them all in one day. They teach you how to grow a successful business. Answer the mini quizzes at the end of each "Launchpad Lesson."
4. Look at the "Tips" tab on the SFI Home Screen. They offer the "Tip of the day," "Affiliate Best Tips of the day," and motivational quotes. They're considered "pick-me-ups" in this case.
5. Look at the "A2A" tab. There are over millions of affiliates here in this SFI business and anyone here would definitely be glad to help you out. Just send them a message and they shall be happy to help you. Remember that when you help someone, you will also help out yourself too.
6. Look at this "ASK SC" tab and the questions that are listed here. There are millions of answers to many different questions that shall help you solve your problems. You can either look at the answers, or even post a questions and get a ton of answers on it and have a field day as to which ones will help you the most. I'd say all of them are superb answers.
7. Look at your "Training" Tab on the SFI Affiliate Center Screen. They have a whoooole bunch of training information for you to learn. Don't try to learn it all at once though. Take it small steps at a time.
8. They should contact their "Co-Sponsor" if their "real" sponsor is not there to help at the time. The role of the co-sponsor is the similarly the same as the sponsor. The only difference is that the co-sponsor is like a "subsitute teacher" filling in for the "real sponsor." Co-Sponsor should be there for help if a PSA member needs it.
9. They should click on "My Acct" on the SFI Home Screen and then click on "My Upline" to see their uplines if the Sponsor and Co-Sponsor are not there at the time. They should also see if they have "Best Tips" filled in on the Co-Sponsor's Leadership Page.
10. They should post their question in the SFI Forum and watch how fast they get an answer. Make sure to click the "Notify me when a reply is posted" button, so you can get an email of when someone has replied to your post. This forum is a golden tool to use and is a 24/7 support from affiliates all over here.
11. Read the F.A.Qs within the "Training" tab. They have a whole heap list of questions answered nook and cranny about this business.
I could go on and on and on about this, but I hope all of this has helped to answer your question. Take this advice and never give up in SFI. You will make it!
