The SFI program is so self explanatory that I feel, the Sponsor is only in place, just in case you need some guidance.
However, if you find that there is hardly or any communication between the Sponsor and you, there are many substitutes you have, the important ones I have highlighted from my own experience.
1. This is your business and you need to be independent of the Sponsor-treat it as how you would work a traditional business-use the resources that are available online, the Forum, Ask SC and I know that any of your upline leaders will be very happy to direct you. The Forum is the best one!
2. I am assuming that you would have been in SFI longer than one month and therefore will have discovered the A2A which can be a resourceful area of information if you know how to make use of it.
3. It helps to look up the Power Rankings and see who is at the top in your country. Approach them for help, they will be a lot more responsive having been with SFI much longer than you have-I did this and was amazed at the detail I received! You can use their experience in your business.
4. Do not expect anything more from the Sponsor, focus your mind on building your own team and try to become a better sponsor than your own. Mine has been unresponsive for nearly 3 months and I am a BTL and building my team-you can do the same.
Work at your business, do not rely on anyone else to give it a push and you will succeed.
