In my opinion, the sponsor is quite an important one, especially for those who have their first encounter with internet marketing. But on the other hand, the role of the sponsor is, I think, a bit overrated.
I often remember the observation of a very experienced internet marketer - he was very thankful to his sponsor when he started with this job, because his sponsor was not too much help to him, but he was not an obstacle to his further progress. That's why I even laughed a little when I saw this question.
My point is as follows - sponsor is there to help and direct. But, it often happens that the sponsor does not have much more experience than his PSA. So it might be better if he/she is not responsive.
If the sponsor is not active, he doesn’t send you a welcome letter, doesn’t send the team e-mail, there is no guidance from his part, does not respond even to your direct questions - well, it's not the end of the world. The fundamental question is: Do you want to do this job or not? If the answer is yes, and you have a sponsor only on paper, ok. It just means that you have to trust more in yourself, and you have to read and learn. A lot of. For all that, you have at your disposal:
- An invaluable knowledge base that SFI there.
- Your entire upline if the sponsor does not respond, there is always someone in the hierarchy above him, who is willing to help.
- There are support groups are organized just by those people from your upline.
- Go to the forum, there is always someone willing and open to help.
- Read. On the official website of SFI there so many good explanations.
- Read and evaluate the answers to ASK SC, with it you can get more chances in the Daily Grand Drawing.
Thanks.
