I know what it is like those first 30 days more or less not having the support or assistance of you Sponsor and Upline Team. Those early days are most crucial. It seemed I was running with blinders on - never knowing what was around the next corner. Having questions and not knowing where to get the answers. I was doing allot of reading in SFI and found much emphasis being placed on the importance of being a good sponsor and team leader. This only made me more upset about my circumstances and I almost quit.
I learned what my options were and I considered them carefully.
1. Leave for 6 months and return under the Sponsor of my choosing.
2. Submit a ticket to your Sponsor requesting he/she release you from Sponsorship along with the name and ID Number of the Sponsor of you choosing.
My Sponsor finally did come around but was very unkind. I chose option 2. after my sponsor said, "if you are not happy with me then you will have to leave and start again" I also placed a request to my sponsor of no further contact with me.
Now I have the opportunity to rate my "sponsor" If she does not like me giving her a single star rating every month then she can grant my request.
Mostly I got help from 24 hour phone support and mentoring from an a2a Friend. I am now in my second month qualifying as Bronze Team Leader and focusing lately on the ECA Program. Soon I will be doing more local advertising for PSA's.
