My experience as an affiliate, you either learn by yourself in a harder way, or read the topics FAQs with SFI support menu, or Training materials at hands. You would be surprised to know that your sponsors may not have the answers to your problems at all. My experiences are these I learned from mistakes, in SFI system, you have to be smart to read and learn from the Topics FAQs rather than depends on your sponsor's helps if they are not responsive to you. Don't be disappointed, this is your business, so learn to build it by your hard works and share your experiences to your downlines in future, be a good Team Leader in order to build your own better strong team. Forget your non-responsive sponsors, just give them your honest monthly rating at month end as your judgement.
If you encounter any problems in SFI, and if the Topics FAQs do not have the answers for you, go to Forum and submit your problem in question, post them, you'll get the answers from fellows affiliates mates instantly. If the answers do not satisfy you, then you submit your problem to SFI support center, or ask Gery, the Big Boss. Cheers.
